Was looking at a few options including Chromebooks and the Acer ES1-111, but this is the one I found the best combination of what it offers for the price. It's a steal for $150. Reply. Yes, there are rootkits that can survive reformat ... My wife bought an Acer laptop (and no, I'm not about to say she made $15,917 a week from home) from the store a couple months ago.
